Reviews Policy Mitozz™

1. Purpose

We publish customer ratings and reviews to help shoppers. We follow applicable U.S. laws and guidance for consumer reviews and endorsements, including truthful, non-misleading practices and required disclosures of material connections.

2. Authenticity & Prohibited Practices

We do not buy, sell, or post fake reviews; we do not allow reviews from non-existent or automated personas; and we do not misrepresent who wrote a review. Submitting or procuring fake or deceptive reviews is forbidden.

3. Who May Review

Anyone with experience using Mitozz™ may submit a review. Reviews may be labeled “Verified Purchase” when substantiated through order data. We may contact reviewers to verify authenticity.

4. Material Connections & Incentives

If a reviewer received value (discounts, free product, or payment), the review must clearly disclose that connection (for example: “Received a free sample”). Incentives are never conditioned on leaving a positive review.

5. Moderation Standards

We moderate for profanity, hate, harassment, explicit content, personal data (redacted), irrelevant content, spam, solicitations, or links to competitors/malware, and medical claims presented as fact. We may redact PII or profanity but do not change star ratings or the substantive meaning of a review. We aim to post most reviews within [5–10] business days.

6. No Suppression of Negative Reviews

We display a range of opinions (positive and negative) that meet these standards and do not remove or down-rank lawful negative feedback.

7. Aggregate Ratings

We explain how overall star ratings are calculated (e.g., arithmetic mean of posted reviews; reviews are excluded only if they violate this Policy). If we use third-party review partners, we name them and their collection methods.

8. Medical & Results Disclaimers

Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and are not medical advice, not claims of typical results, and not FDA-evaluated. Consult a healthcare professional before use.

9. Reporting a Problem
