1. Coverage & Eligibility

- Eligible Purchases: Orders placed exclusively through mitozz.shop.
- Geographic Validity: United States only.
- Coverage Duration: 90 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Claim Limit: One claim per customer/household, lifetime.
- Return Requirement: No physical product return is required.
2. Mandatory Usage Protocol
- Dosage: 2 capsules daily.
- Duration: 90 consecutive days, starting from delivery date.
- Compliance: You may not miss more than 5 total days.
- Failure to prove consistent intake invalidates the Guarantee.
3. Medical Evidence Requirement
To ensure scientific rigor, two clinical blood tests are mandatory:
- Baseline Test: Conducted within 14 days before starting (or max. 7 days after delivery, before regular intake begins).
- Post-Protocol Test: Conducted within 7 days after completing Day 90.

7. Refund Details
- Amount: Refund equals the product price paid for Mitozz.
- Exclusions: Shipping, duties, taxes, and handling fees are not refundable.
- Method: Original payment method only. Processing may take up to 10 business days (banks/cards may take longer).
8. Exclusions
This Guarantee does not apply if:
- Purchase was not made through mitozz.shop
- Either blood test is missing, invalid, or outside the allowed timeframe
- No proof of 90-day daily use is provided
- More than 5 days of missed intake are shown
- Guarantee already claimed once
- Evidence of fraud, chargeback, or misrepresentation
9. Relation to Refund Policy
This Guarantee covers scientific, outcome-based refunds after completing the protocol. It is separate from our Refund Policy, which applies to immediate issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments).
